My name is Holden Haynes. I was born and raised in Fredericksburg, Virginia. For more than 7 hears I have owned a landscaping service business. I know how big of a deal it is to buy a house, I am focused on helping people do so. I have been in the SWVA area for the last 3 years rehabilitating old houses. Along side my brother, we have bought property in dilapidated states, gutted, and built back new from the studs. This has given me insight on the market as well on what a property will or might need before you write a check.
